Municipal Elections in four weeks

Andhra Pradesh High Court gave an order to conduct Municipal elections within four weeks and asked chief secretary to submit the related material to the court.
Where as Chief Secretary P.K.Mahanti request the high court to give more time on conducting the municipal elections, as presently there is an issue on state bifurcation but court rejected the plea.
High Court also stated that in 2010 itself we gave an order, but government failed on this, so we can not extend the time line on this.
Meanwhile state election commission is planning on how can we complete the municipal elections within the time bound, as soon they receive green signal from state government.
