Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi arranged a special meeting with the chief ministers of congress ruled states in the country in New Delhi, in which AP CM Kiran Kumar reddy once again raised his united voice of Andhra Pradesh.
Kiran also had a meeting with Rahul Gandhi privately and said that majority of the people in the state are looking to keep the state united, where as congress going forward to dividing the state.
However if we go in this phase we may have to loose the congress party presence in the state, so requested to Rahul Gandhi to save the congress party in the state.
Even recent assembly polls prove that going against people will definitely loose, so it should not happen to congress party in the Andhra Pradesh. As we know maximum number of MP seats are getting from the state only, so by not only considering these but also have many problems have to face by the Telugu people in near future. The state bifurcation need not to be done on political grounds.
Kiran also submitted twenty five pages of special report on why not to make the state divide to Rahul Gandhi. Jai Ram Ramesh and Digvijay Singh also joined in discussion with Kiran and Rahul Gandhi for about half an hour.
