Chinta Chiguru Curry Recipe Ingredients

Use the following ingredients to prepare or make Chinta Chiguru Curry recipe at home.

Chinta Chiguru Curry Recipe

Chinta Chiguru Leaves - 2 cups

Onion Chopped - 1 cup

Salt - to taste

Mustard seeds - 1 spoon

Urad dal - 1 spoon

Turmeric - 1 pinch

Jeera - 1 spoon
Oil - 3 spoons

Mustard seeds - 1 spoon

Red chilli powder - 1 spoon

Chinta Chiguru Curry Recipe Making Procedure
  1. Take fresh Chinta Chiguru.
Clean Chinta Chiguru by removing dried leaves and stems in it.
Take pan, pour oil and heat it.
  4. Add mustard, urad, jeera, turmeric and fry them for a couple of minutes.

  5. Add onions and fry them till they turns into light brown colour.

  6. Add Chinta Chiguru to it and let them fry well.
As Chinta Chiguru is fried very quickly due to tender in nature, so follow next step immediately.
Finally add red chilli powder and salt to taste.
Yummy Chinta Chiguru Curry or Tender Tamarind Curry is ready to eat, serve with rice makes more delicious.
