Pachi Majjiga Recipe Ingredients

Use the following ingredients to prepare or make Pachi Majjiga recipe at home.

Pachi Majjiga Recipe

Curd 1 cup
Chili powder 1/4 spoon
Ava pindi - spoon
Turmeric Powder spoon
Salt to taste
Avalu (mustard seeds) - 1/4 spoon
Jilakarra (cumin seeds) - 1/4 spoon
Red chillies dry 4
Curry leaves 10
Oil - 1 spoon

Pachi Majjiga Recipe Making Procedure
  1. Make 1 cup of curd to 2 cups of buttermilk (majjiga) by adding water to it.
  2. Now add salt, Chili powder and Ava pindi to the majjiga.
  3. Heat oil in pan and add Avalu, Jilakarra, Red chillies, curry leaves and Turmeric, allow them to pop.
  4. Add this to the majjiga prepared above and mix well.
  5. Delicious Pachi Majjiga is ready to serve.
