  2. Cut Dosakaya, Onion, Green chilies and Coriander leaves into small pieces. Beat the eggs in a bowl and mix the pieces of Dosakaya, Onion, Green chilies and Coriander leaves, Ginger and Garlic paste and Salt. Now add oil in a pan and pour this mixture as you do for normal Omelet. Sprincle curry leaves on it and fry the omlate two sides.
